MEET MAXIMILIAN!
I, Maximilian (Max) Cordoba, am a multi-faceted singer-actor-dancer hailing from the San Francisco Bay Area. I am proud to be a part of the BFA Music Theatre class of 2024 from UC Irvine. While I have extensive experience in playing a whole range of roles in theatre, I take pride in my knack for tap dancing and experience in choral music and wind ensembles, and I love to teach!
Ever since I was a young boy I loved to sing and dance, and so even before beginning my collegiate training, I have ventured on amazing opportunities such as singing with the Ragazzi Boys’ Chorus in Carnegie Hall. I have Butler University to thank for my first dive into dedicated acting training and my first bit of collegiate theatre experience. While in college, I have gained leadership skills from becoming a co-tenor section leader in UC Irvine’s Chamber Singers ensemble and the assistant music director for UC Irvine’s all-male acapella group Circle of Fifths.
Most people say that I have played most of my theatrical roles with conviction and that I am well-equipped to play zany comedic roles. I believe that from my experience I am most castable in roles that make people think and question whether the show is a period piece or a slapstick comedy.
